I have very fond memories of Dorothy. I worked with her husband Fred for a number of years and he and Dorothy became very good friends. Dorothy was always so cheerful and welcoming. Fred said not to tell her you are calling in; just call, otherwise she will go to a lot of trouble preparing for your visit with neat sandwiches and tea and cakes. She loved the birds and the countryside. They were caravanners from just after the war and I think their first van was an old converted fast food trailer complete with side serving hatch! In later years the Morris Oxford and a more modern van were well known. Dorothy was a lovely charming lady and Fred will be so pleased to have he back with him again.
